the staff was very helpful. breakfast was very good, it was well stocked and the coffee tasted fresh. the location made it easy to get around.
The bathroom size was smaller than expected, made moving around a bit difficult. Though the room was clean.

the absence of air conditioning in the room was a significant issue. the temperature was uncomfortably high, especially during the day. this impacted my ability to rest properly.

the rooms was too warm. air con impossible to work in my room so it did not cool down. very little storage space to use.

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the brewery quarter with many restaurants and bars. the shopping centre was also a short walk from the premises. the ncp car park's location next door proved highly convenient as well.
i found the reception staff's assistance lacking and i had to request a change of bed quilt multiple times because of a stain. the housekeeper addressed the issue once notified.

the room included a large television. it also featured a spacious and comfortable bed. there was an ample supply of towels available which i appreciated.

The breakfast needed improvement. The selection was limited, and some items ran out quickly. The noise from nearby nightclubs at night was bothersome. It made it difficult to sleep. I think quieter windows are important. The lack of air conditioning was also a REAL issue.

The staff were really friendly upon my arrival. They accommodated my needs. The breakfast was delicious (i liked the sausages). I enjoyed the free wifi.
The parking was external with a discount. I found this arrangement slightly inconvenient. The pay machines also were not working (this was a hassle).
